BRIEF
Design a title sequence for any book/movie with typography as the primary element.
SOLUTION
I'm bringing the audience back to the 1960s with this black/white collage style sequence, displaying images and other elements that embrace the educational underlining of this book.

HIDDEN FIGURES | STORYLINE OVERVIEW
Book summary: Hidden Figures is based on the story of 4 African American women/mathematicians working as “human computers” at NASA -- while facing discrimination. These women were the geniuses behind the launching of the first American astronaut.
FONTS
I wanted to explore handwritten fonts because they feel personal and also relates to the nature of the book.

TEXTURES
I used textures such as wrinkled/ripped paper, dust scratches and gridlines + math equations to further
COLORS
Considering the timeframe of this story, I used black/white as primary colors to draw us back to the 1960s, when everything was "black vs white" due to segregation. To add a subtle pop of color, I used taupe for everyone's last name.
